I haven't tried this, but I'm up for a challenge! I'll post again once I've taken the plunge.
What doesn't kill you makes you stronger, right?
Most Dangerous Chocolate Cake in the World
(serves 1-2)
1 coffee mug
4 Tablespoons plain flour
4 Tablespoons sugar
2 Tablespoons baking cocoa
1 egg
3 Tablespoons milk
3 Tablespoons oil
3 Tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)
Splash of vanilla
Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well with a fork.
Add the egg and mix thoroughly.
Pour in the milk and oil and continue to mix well.
Add the chocolate chips and vanilla and mix again.
Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts.
The cake might rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed!
Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.
ENJOY!
P.S. If you try this before I do, let me know what you think!

This is good! Just shared a cup with Lyle, and he declared it a perfect chocolate muffin. FYI, the batter is pretty good, too!
Thanks for the recipe. It's a yummy chocolate fix. (Did I beat you at trying this?)
Ha! Our comments must have crossed in cyberspace. I just left one on Rylie's blog.:)
Yes, you did beat us at trying this. So glad you did, though. I love to hear a good report. Lazy me, I've been chowing Kit Kats, and now our trick or treaters will get no candy. Boo.
Thanks for sharing!
